The COVID-19 virus is dominating the news cycle, and it must also be dominating your personal and professional conversations. Camrose Le Chateau Hotel is no different; we are actively implementing our response to this situation while operating in an environment of considerable uncertainty.

We are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and have precautions in place to ensure a healthy stay in our hotel and food services establishment.

In this climate, we know travel may not be your first thought, but I want you to know the safety of our guests and staff members is our top priority.

Below is an update on what we are doing, keeping your safety top of mind.

Whether you book a newly renovated room, dine with us at Truffles, or stop in for a refreshing drink at Revive Lounge, we will do everything we can to have accommodations or tables ready for you in a clean manner. We follow closely to the local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of government and public health officials. We are reinforcing these agencies’ recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures in Camrose Le Chateau Hotel. 

Before Your Stay Given the impact of COVID-19 on how we work, socialize and travel, we have been adapting our cancellation policy over the past week to the evolving nature of this epidemic. Today, we are updating our policy to provide our customers the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times. For guests with existing individual reservations, we will allow changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival as long as the change or cancellation is made by April 30, 2020.

During Your Stay We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. Everyday, Camrose Le Chateau Hotel will take action consistent with guidance from Health Canada and Alberta Health Services. We’ve also taken numerous precautions to keep our hotel, staff members and customers safe, including increase in cleaning, hand washing hygiene and commercial cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures.
